VETNET LLN members often comment that they,

"Wish universities could see what our
vocational students are capable of!"

This competition has been organised to do just that!

The competition takes the BTEC Animal Management Unit 7 (Undertake an Investigative Project in the Land-based Sector) as its inspiration and is open to VETNET LLN student members studying an appropriate level 3 course, such as Animal Management.  Entrants are asked to develop a poster around the contents of their investigative project and submit their entry in pdf format so that it can be reproduced as a poster sized A0 and judged at the National CPD Conference on 8 July 2013.  The prize for the winning entry is an iPad.  Runner-up finalists will receive animal-related text books around a value of £30.

We have included an exemplar poster so that you see the expectations for poster format (but not necessarily content, so don't be intimidated!).  We recommend that you follow the terms and conditions - with particular attention to the 'what the judges are looking for?' section as a guide to content.

Your poster entry together with a completed entry form must be submitted by 10 June 2013.

You can email any queries to enquiries@vetnetlln.ac.uk

Good luck!
